Pedal Cars were once children's toys, maybe even your own, but now they are collector's items that are still a large part of some of our lives. Many of us are always looking for a part of our childhood to help us keep our memories of youth. Pedal Cars can do just that. These toys not only bring back memories of the fun you had when you played with them, but your children or grandchildren can share in your memories as well.
Restoring these cars is no easy task, but it is one of the most satisfying hobbies that you could have. You go from a rusty, "hunk of junk" to a beautiful, shiny new car--all by your own hands. The value of these cars also increases too. Restored, these cars can range in price from a few hundred to the upper $20,000.
My name is Steve, and my wife and I have painted our own pedal cars as well as those being restored by others. Our experience includes over 100 cars that can be found all over the United States as well as in museums. It is a great pride and honor that our work is being seen all over the country.
We have gained so much enjoyment by our restoration efforts that we wanted others to be able to have the same successful results. My wife and myself are also collectors of Pedal Cars and would like for more of them to be restored and more people to take an interest in their preservation. This is why we have created an instructional video as well as an accompanying booklet.

This is Steve Moore.
He demonstrates his expertise on the video as your instructor.
Go see our Photo Album of cars!
The video is 106 min. long and takes you through the steps of restoring your pedal car. Some of the steps the video takes you through include:
- Finding Your Car
- Disassembly of Your Car
- Body Work
- Painting.
We also offer technical support with your project as necessary.
This is a great hobby to have. If you are looking for something new and rewarding, just look at our video and see if recreating those old memories of youth is for you!
